Unfortunately our air-conditioning was broken, but today shouldn't reflect on your booking, they couldn't move us the first night so it was incredible hot and then we moved for our 2nd and 3rd night. The rooms need a really good clean. Otherwise great location Colosseum and public transportation

Rooms were clean and had all the essentials. Location is great and helps get to the main attractions quickly. Our issue with both rooms we had in this reservation was the AC didn’t seem to work and we had trouble getting any rest since it was extremely hot.

It was very convenient for visiting all the monuments. Easy in and out and very accommodating. Definitely not a big hotel, I believe 20 rooms or less. It was very charming. We had a total of 9 friends in our group and everyone seemed to enjoy it.

We loved the location. It's close to the Colloseum with lots of dining options in the area. It's a small room, with a fireplace and AC. It's very cozy. We were given a bottle of sparking wine but didn't drink it. Fausto at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV. We didn't book breakfast when we booked the room but we're able to buy breakfast for 15€ each which was great. We would stay there again. The only problem we had was luggage and stairs. There is no elevator. Fausto helped us the day we arrived.

The staff, particularly the daytime staff, was extremely helpful! They gave us an in-depth overview of the area, highlighting must-see places and restaurants, and were very helpful with getting us taxis and moving our luggage upstairs and downstairs.
