The staff was nice, and the room was as advertised, but I wasn’t shown where the laundry was or the blankets were, and there was no river view as advertised. The staff and location were pretty great though!

The staff were fantastic for customer service, however didn't receive Expedia VIP rewards. Room was decent for the price, but not as close to Prati amenities or any other tourist attractions. Room was as described, but being an older building close to Tiber River, there was a musty smell to the room. Windows open to help with that, and was a must. Overall I'd say good stay.

The room was in a great place. Though located next to major road which was loud in the morning. We had to wait to be let in into the room and was very confusing the whole check in. I would message them on WhatsApp before you come to get it stored. Located next to train station so in great location.

Good Hotel not exceptional

Good hotel. Good clean. Sound from the road was the main problem. Springtime , AC was not working good The front desk was very helpful. Metro was nearby within eight minutes but taxi stand was the problem 15 minute walk. If you book a taxi through the front desk you need to pay extras seven bucks plus luggage. Lean and towel was little beat up.room size was OK. Toilet was clean but small.

Decent location to Piazza Popolo. Smallish room.No label on doorbell so outside waiting, the hotel guy across the way helped me. Lacking customer service. Hassle with checkin no mention of Expedia credit or breakfast or water. Hotel is responsible for updating Expedia. No toilet paper or paper holder in bathroom on arrival. Neglected to mention hidden button opening street level gate from inside knowing I was leaving 5am for airport. Would not stay again.

Very close to the Metro, and right next door to a supermarket which was very helpful for the hot summer days. Walking distance from all major landmarks as well. Rooms were clean and comfortable, great for the price!
