This is a wonderful property, staff have been so accommodating and the location is in a good area with easy access to everything. Little grocery store next door and many good restaurants right there. Beautiful room, comfortable and with everything you need!!
The room was beautiful, in a great location for us, close to some amazing restaurants and good shopping. We felt safe and secure. Mary our host, was nothing short of accomodating with everything, from communication on our arrival as well as the room, to restaurant recommendations, and helping us with organising a taxi when we were running late and needed to get to the Train Terminal. Thank you Mary!!! You made our last night in Rome easy and much more stress free than it could’ve been.
This hotel was clean, safe, and quiet. It was conveniently located far from all the tourism craziness but also close to all the attractions we were visiting. We easily ordered a taxi from this hotel to the Vatican/Colosseum/Steps/Fountain which was faster than walking. The manager was so hospitable and offered great dining suggestions. One of the restaurants around the corner was Al forno della soffitta which was our favorite meal of our entire trip.
Property is clean, safe and convenient. The neighborhood is excellent, with many very good nearby restaurants and cafes, and out of the direct tourist paths. My only warning is that for our room, the shower is not in the bathroom, but in its own space, with a glass door -- which is fine unless traveling with friends who you aren't comfortable showering in front of!
Excellent reception by Mary. She informed us of all landmarks in town and made dinner reservation on our behalf. I had also booked a room for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and when we got back for touring the city, the rooms were nicely decorated with rose leaves and a bottle of Prosecco on the house. Very nice gesture. Highly recommendable place to stay in Rome. Jens
Room is soundproofed, didn't hear any sound from the street, next door nor the corridor. Room is clean, pleasant design, love the bricked roof. Mary at the front desk is exceptionally accommodating. Nice cafe for breakfast, good pizzeria, and restaurant, all on the same street as the hotel within 2 mins walk. Metro, Termini, and attractions are 10-20 min walk away.
The staff (Mary and Arianna) were beyond helpful and nice. We loved them. The restaurants they suggested were very good. The only thing we can suggest is to bring your little traveling iron with you, as the staff cannot provide one! Thank you Mary and Arianna :)
My wife and I were in town for 5 nights and wanted to visit the sites. What a great spot! It felt like the rooms had recently been renovated. Very clean and amazing service. Mary is the best. Helped us with dinner reservations and pick up locations for tours. Very safe neighborhood as we walked everywhere, including colosseum, trevi fountain, spanish steps. Everything seemed within 15-25 minutes walking. The walks are beautiful. So much to see. Only time we needed taxi was for the vatican. I felt like we got tremendous value for the price during our stay. Highly recommended. 10/10!

Me and my husband stayed here for our wedding anniversary trip to Rome. Mary, the manager of the hotel (hotel is only 10 rooms, second floor of the building) was so kind and incredibly helpful. Overall this hotel was in a great area and very safe and clean. The only cons I would like to point out are that you are not going to get many of the amenities that you would get at a regular hotel. For example, the front desk is only there for a designated time then they leave for the day so if you need anything you would need to text Mary. There also wasn't the best shower pressure/temp, as well as no iron in the room so we had to use the manager’s personal iron. If you are looking for a nice room with hotel benefits this may not be for you, but if you are looking for a really nice room for a quick trip, this is DEFINITELY the place you need to stay :)
Absolutely beautiful hotel located a walkable distance from Rome centre. Room was incredibly comfortable and tastefully decorated. Mary was so friendly and helpful. Went out of her way to help us. Would definitely return.
I liked the room. It was clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had 10 room rooms only for guests. It was a charming place. It had no amenities, breakfast was not included.
The shower leaked but they did it and gave us free things for it!
