Staff were friendly and very accommodating, the hotel is modern and clean looking. Restaurant food and service were great. Hotel is in a nice quiet area, serviced with great bus and train routes. Taxi's are so cheap and convenient. Highly recommend this using this hotel.

The hotel is located far from center of Rome and the Vatican, but the area is safe and quiet. Service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. Cleanness was excellent. Breakfast was good and the restaurant offers good menu.

I spent a week at Hotel Zone. It’s peaceful and a little removed from the bustle of the city, but easily accessible by bus. The room had everything I needed. The restaurant offers some gluten free items for breakfast upon request!

A nice hotel overall but far from the city Centre. The hotel is comfortable in the winter, but be prepared to order transportation for most excursions to the city. They had a nice breakfast.

A fairly basic, functional hotel in a quiet area. Rooms are basic but. Lean. Quite noisy with thin walls, doors opening and closing etc. The Vatican area of Rome is easily reachable (2 stops) via train and the station is a short 5-8 min walk from the hotel. From the Vatican you can easily walk to the main sites of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon etc. Avoid the buses, they are never on time / rarely even turn up! So decent enough location for the city. Expedia suggested this hotel was good for the Olympic stadium. It is relatively close but no easy way there except for a pricey taxi - beware!

Over all was an absolutely perfect Hotel part from loosing a couple of our stuff !!, cleaning up , hotel staff and service, location and easy transportation around , breakfast etc But the only reason I chose Average rate on staff was because we lost a couple of items any time we asked for room service at our suite!! Which was a shame that we didn't noticed it till last day when we packed our stuff which unfortunately we didn't have any particular evidence to claim against it as we trusted the Hotel staff so we left our stuff and bags in our suite ! So if you choosing this Hotel make sure you take your Worthy belongings with you or take photos of what you are leaving behind!
