Great hotel, excellent staff, service, amzing breakfast, no problem cant be solved, attentive staff, products in bathroom of highest quality, could improve bed mattresses and linens which were all polyester. Was told this was being done. No place for polyester linens in a 5 star boutique hotel anywhere. Would definitely stay again

Absolutely outstanding property! Read Till the End. Restaurant/Chef 5 stars - food is amazing!! Restaurant staff beyond professional 5 stars! Registration Desk 5 stars House keep 5 stars Luxury property style 5 stars The only thing keeping this property from getting a 4 is the property chef, staff, and excellent customer service. The complaint is the see thru glass bathroom door, there is no good reason for this, it should be changed immediately. Also, invest in a heat pump that cools or warms room temps year round instead of one or the other.

Bedroom decorated to a high standard but fixtures and fittings ill fitted with poor finish. Customer service at reception is not great- poor communication between staff i.e confirmed late check out but yet still called to ask to vacate. Also issues with hot tub plug, was established there was a fault with the plug yet was made to feel like it was my competence. Room service food very below average from what you would expect from a kitchen with a michelin star restaurant. Breakfast repetitive and stick to fried egg only- all other methods of preparation were awful. Nonetheless, great quiet area with amenities near by. Good AC system on a hot day.

My friend and I stayed at this quaint hotel and have no complaints. The breakfast was included and it was delicious, and the staff allowed us to keep our bags there while we took advantage of our last day after checkout. I would definitely stay again!

Based on my personal experience, the overall standard of the hotel was below expectations and did not align with what is generally expected from a five-star property. The room quality fell short of four-star standards in terms of comfort and overall condition. In addition, the hotel does not appear to offer certain facilities commonly expected at this level, such as a gym, spa, or a clearly defined lobby, which affected the overall value for money.
