The room was perfect, had a great night's sleep. The hotel was in a great location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They recommended some great restaurants and not the tourist trap ones. Great Irish bar across the street for sports and live music. I highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel was clean and the room was a good size. The location was excellent, walking distance to most attractions in Rome and also the metro and train services are close by. My only complaint would be the room was quite noisy in the mornings and we could hear everyone moving about from about 5am onwards but as its an old building this was not a major issue
Pretty convenient area that is within good walkable proximity from the main tourist attractions and metro station. Once you enter and get past the gate, you have to go up a floor. Very friendly person at the front desk. Breakfast every morning at this small dining room; not a ton of variety (pastries, bread, cereal, yogurt, juice/coffee/tea) but it's good and gets the job done. Room is clean with good air conditioning and housekeeping every day. You are given a set of keys for entering/exiting the building; one for the main entrance and the other for the side door (Napoli). Main entrance closes in the evening but you can enter/exit through the side door at any time.
Perfectly located in Roma within a 5-10 minute walk of the Termini, with plenty of food and shopping options. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Access to the property is private making this perfect for solo travelers, as well as others who want some privacy.
The AC worked great, the room was clean, had a safe and a fridge and was tidied up daily. There were plenty of choices for breakfast.
The staff at the reception as well as those serving breakfast and taking care of the room were all friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located in a great spot for walking to many attractions and has metro stop within 5 minutes walk that can access termini station from where you can take the train to the airport and you can reach lots of other tourist spots going the opposite way.
We will definitely stay here again the next time we come back to Rome.
The hotel was an easy walk to/from Roma Termini. The staff were so wonderful and helpful, they made awesome dinner recommendations and helped order taxi’s for you so you could travel the city without worrying about how to catch a taxi or bus. The breakfast was delicious and offered for a long stretch of the morning. The rooms were beautiful and had air conditioning!
We stayed at the hotel for one night.
The staff was really helpful and friendly making the stay even more enjoyable.
The location was great. Easy distance to many of the sights and close by to public transport. Breakfast was simple yet really good.
Only negative point was early checkout time. We asked and had it extended for a hour and we were provided later that day after checking out a space to change clothes and freshen ourselfs before leaving to the airport. So the staff made every effort to help us.
We would have wanted to stay longer.
The staff was extremely friendly and kind. They even purchased special breakfast items for my daughter with food allergies. In a city that apparently doesn’t us A/C much, the A/C in our room worked beautifully! Having a refrigerator in the room was very helpful. The breakfast wasn’t like an American breakfast, but the variety was good, and boy are those croissants amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
The room was generous in size and perfectly met the needs of our family (2 teenage boys and a couple)
The hotel was very well located for all the sights in Rome, either by walking or catching the bus/metro at the end of the road.
