Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a stark difference in the size and appearance of the room. Very small, no "balcony" nor view. The toilet seat was broken.
At the front desk, the clerk's demeanor was cold and indifferent. When I hurt my foot, I asked for ice and was told to go get it at a store by a young girl working there.
Will not be staying here again.
The location was great. Very close to restaurants and shopping and ofcourse the Vatican. The Hotel is not fancy, but very nice. I had a single room and it was a decent size. I had friends that came buy and they also commented on the location and the room being great.
I would defiantly stay here again when back in Rome.
The hotel is 2 stars, however for the price we paid is exactly what we got. Is very close to the Vatican which is a plus, is an old building but pretty clean. The air conditioning in our room stopped working the next day (2nd). The staff, the girl in the front was very helpful, we walked every where even the metro station with no problems or incidents!! Thank you!!

The hotel has AC and wifi, lots of hot water and is located conveniently near the Vatican and Tiber River with many nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The area felt safe to walk in even after dark. The property itself commands the approx $175CAD due to its convenient location. The room itself was pretty basic, nothing fancy.
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent! There were three ladies we encountered during our stay on the front desk that were all so helpful in helping us settle in, giving us tips on where to eat, and arranging for perfect checkout with early morning ride to the airport. Area was relatively quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Very safe area as well. We walked everywhere from the hotel. Lots of steps, but that is the way to see this beautiful city. Our room was dated but clean and what we needed. Excellent price for the area. Will definitely come again!
No balcony but AC worked and so did the elevator. Wish there was hand soap. Great central location and right next to the vatican and restaurant alley. There was actually a person at the desk also !
Property was generally ok clean, not outstanding clean. Staff was generally helpful if you ask, then they would help you with your request. Room had no AC but there was a small electric fan. The private bathroom was outside the bedroom and there was a need to keep it locked each time you use it because there were other bedrooms in the same floor space. The bathroom uses an old fashioned lock key that’s not easy to use. The room was basic without any amenities such as coffee or tea or bottled water. The bathroom/toilet was generally clean and had ample supplies of toilet paper and liquid shampoo and body
Wash. A hair blower/dryer was provided. Clean towels were provided.
Great location, great staff, very clean. We would stay here again.

Struttura all'interno di un palazzo comoda la posizione se vi muovete con i mezzi...se avete auto valutate anche i costi elevati dei parcheggi della zona
Está muy cerca al Vaticano y hay muchos comercios cercanos.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel's biggest advantage is its excellent location, just a short walk from the Vatican and close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.
The room was basic and mainly suitable for sleeping and showering. There was no mini fridge, which would have been a nice convenience. The air conditioning also wasn't cool enough, especially during the hot summer weather, making the room a bit uncomfortable at night.
Despite these minor issues, the location made it a convenient choice for exploring Rome.
