Close to train station. Basic hotel but with nice touches like kettle and cups, fridge in room, toiletries. No breakfast though but lots of places to eat nearby. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Left our luggage as we arrived resent. When we went to check in and collect our key, our luggage had been taken to our room and tidily stored. Would definitely stay here again as most monuments etc are within easy walking distance.

The room was very clean and staff was very friendly. I like the location. I made the reservation 30min before checking in. Online it only showed a room with bunk beds was available. At check in I asked if there was a room with a regular bed for my husband and I. I was told there is a room available but they couldn't give it to me because I needed to call beforehand... I would have paid the difference if needed but it seemed they didn't want to make adjustments with customer.

There was a fire in the floor above us in the middle of the night. The whole floor was filled with smoke. Someone in another room woke everyone up, and when they tried to pull the fire alarm, it didn't work. After finding the source and telling us it's ok, they sent everyone back to their rooms but I left and found another hotel. No emergency services ever came. I was going to give them a one star review before this, so it's bad. Don't stay there.

Unenjoyable

Toilets didn’t work. And we needed to keep the bathroom fan on the entire time. Beds were among the worst. WiFi was a problem at first, but we were able to resolve it.

The location is the only good thing about this place right next to Roma Termini. But honestly, this was one of the most disgusting hotel experiences I’ve ever had in my life. From the moment we walked in, the entire building reeked of sewage, and the horrible smell stayed all night long. It was absolutely unbearable. In the middle of the night, the water stopped working completely no shower, no toilet, nothing. To make it worse, there was nobody at the front desk. They had given us a phone number “in case of problems,” but nobody ever answered. Not even once. They just handed us the key and disappeared. The hotel was filthy, smelly, and completely neglected. The service was nonexistent. I’ve stayed in many budget hotels before, but this one was by far the worst. I would never go back and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone not even for one night.

Eu e minha família ficamos 3 noites no hotel, como decidimos ir de última hora para Roma tudo estava muito caro e esse era que tinha melhor custo beneficio. Hotel bem simples, sem café da manhã, atendente super simpática. Vale a pena só pra quem quer pagar mais barato e só pra dormir, não espere nada luxuoso.

ホテルというより素泊まり宿です 汚いです。連泊しましたが朝ごはんもないし途中清掃も入りません。 壁が薄くて夜中になっても隣の騒がしい話し声が丸聞こえどころかうるさい。苦情を言うにもフロントスタッフは常駐じゃないので怒鳴りながら壁叩きました。外の騒音も入ってきます。 風呂も入りたくないくらい狭くて汚い。 シャワーの周りは丈の足りないカーテンのみで囲いがないのでトイレまでびっちゃびちゃ&排水溝詰まりやすいから最悪 それでも泊まるならダブルの部屋にした方がいい。シングルとの差がすごい いいところはスタッフの愛想だけはいい

Gran opción en relación precio-calidad

El hotel está súper cerca de Roma Termini, literal haces 4 minutos caminando. Afuera del hotel hay muchos restaurantes muy ricos para comer y cenar. El encargado es muy amable! Tiene aire acondicionado, baño dentro del cuarto y está muy céntrico. Lo recomiendo mucho

Horrible lugar

El lugar en malas condiciones, al momento de hacer el checkin nos dijieron que tenian una ruptura de cañerias, tenian todos los cochones podridos en los pasillos. Nos querian a otro hotel sin decirnos el nombre ni la direccion. Nos negamos y el encargado se puso muy agresivo y nos empezo a gritar.
