If you need a place to overnight near the Rome airport, this location is top of the list. Beautiful ocean views right on the boardwalk of Ostia beachfront, maybe the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. They must disinfect every surface 24 seven.

This property was beautiful and modern. It was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the Rome area. It is about 17.4 miles from Rome city center. It is about 15 minutes by shuttle to the airport. They provided a shuttle to the airport for 13 euros each passenger, and also provided a shuttle to transport us from the cruise ship to their hotel (also at a cost). The drivers were prompt for both shuttles. There are plenty of eating places around and the streets are much easier to navigate than in Rome city center, no labyrinth of streets. There is a nearby square where cars are not allowed, with plenty of eateries. The beach is just across the street and the sand is very fine.

The staff exceeded our expectations. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was nice. The AC worked great! We had a shuttle early in the morning so the staff had breakfast boxes waiting for us.

We stayed here one night before a cruise and one night returning from the cruise. The first night, we had an early start and they made us a box breakfast to go. They offer shuttle service to and from the airport which is reasonably priced and easy to add. The second night we stayed, there was a mixup with our reservation but the staff quickly made adjustments and we were given a lovely room with an ocean view. The location is great, the neighborhood is walkable with a lot of restaurants, and it's about 20 minutes from FCO. It's about a 15 leisurely walk to the train.
