Good place to stay for a couple of nights. Elevator is a plus if you’re traveling with bags as the rooms are located on the 3rd level (4th floor). The breakfast is simple but good, Maria makes each coffee individually. I had a croissant and coffee about two blocks away on the first day and paid 10euros so definitely a money saver. There was juice, coffee, different various pastries, a different fresh fruit each day, deli meats & cheeses. Water pressure was great! AC available, quiet building, large towels, and hairdryer so all the basics available. Maria is the best! Her English is limited but you will soon find out it’s also unnecessary when communicating with her. She absolutely was a joy to interact with every day and the epitome of hospitality. As mentioned in previous posts, she is the one person who runs this day in and day out so patience is a must but nothing out of the ordinary. Interaction with her is as much or as little as you’d like. Staying and having Maria there each morning during breakfast hours made it feel more like you were stopping by to visit a family member. Gracias Maria!
Good place to stay in a nice area of Rome for a couple of nights. The room was small but comfortable and met our expectations. The air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. The mini fridge did not seem to be very cooling but kept our water bottles cooler than room temperature. We met Maria upon check in who was very helpful especially considering the language barrier. She also took care of us for breakfast which was simple but adequate. Overall a pleasant stay.
Excellent location, good accommodation experience, the room was in good condition, breakfast was good, and Maria was excellent.

The only good thing about this places is the housekeeping staff. They are nice and considerate, and they took care of our needs. Other than that, it’s a terrible hotel. There’s no reception; the housekeeping staff is burdened with doing that. The hotel is in terrible shape. Nobody is doing any maintenance there. Again, housekeeping is burdened with all of these. The fridge was not working. Everything in the bathroom was clunky and making a sound in moving. The hotel is also impossible to find. Nothing at the main entrance and you have to go through a million doors before getting to your room.
The place is located in a safe neighborhood with easy access to attractions and restaurants. María is a lovely person that is always willing to help and make your stay to feel like Home.
The location is prefect. Maria in the front deck was so nice! I had a good time there.

Room could've been cleaner on arrival, breakfast was ok, twice the room was entered with barely any warning so not very private/relaxing. Great location, lady who ran the hotel was pleasant.
Maria was so kind and thoughtful. She took excellent care of us and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable! The restaurant right beside the building was delicious too.
Fantastic location and excellent value for money. Maria was an asset, very friendly and accommodating nothing too much trouble😍 one small criticism was check in process wasn’t ideal and had to contact a few times to get email with procedures but that is a personal preference on having someone around on arrival and I did book knowing this was the process overall great time😀
Our host Maria was amazing - she helped us with all our questions and was very responsive. The breakfast is great, with a selection of parties, meats and cheeses, coffee and juice, fruits etc. definitely recommend for a great location close to shopping and the Spanish steps.
The property was in an excellent location. There are some really good restaurants on the same block. It was a short walk to the Spanish steps and all of the sites in Rome. The staff were very helpful.

Maria was very nice during check-in and on the 2nd day we saw her of our 4 night stay. The restaurant she recommended was good below the hotel. The room was very hot; took awhile to figure how to lower it on the antiquated heater. Wi-fi was weak and almost non-existent. Bathroom shower was tight. Room needs to be updated. Saw angelfish on the walls and killed a big cockroach on our last night. Oh, and the pipes in the walls made huge noises when the water was turned on or we flushed the toilet in our and adjacent rooms.
Wasn't very clean could smell alot of cigarette smoke

Very small room, safe required special key which we were not provided, firidge did not work, AC was intermittent. Restaurant availability many just outside hotel doors. Location to spanish steps and Trevi very close as well as short walk to park (villa Borghese) which was a welcome escape from the busy Rome streets. Many many keys to get in and out of hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at DG Prestige - one of several businesses that is housed in a typically Italian building, you have to look closely for the small sign next to the door as its not obvious. Our room was small but clean, the air con worked wonderfully & it was perfectly quiet at night PLUS it was a great price for the centre of Rome. The hotel itself is nice but what majesit stand out is the fabulous Maria, who did EVERYTHING - from checking us in 3 hours early and giving us coffee & breakfast after an early flight, shes the one who cleans the rooms too & is always on hand to help... she speaks very little English but her kindness & hospitality shines through!! Location wise, your 5 minutes walk from the top of the Spanish Steps, there are 2 very good restaurants directly below the hotel - its a safe area & we felt very confortable wandering around at night...though it is at the top of a hill so be prepared for the walk back up from the centre. We will most definately stay here again!!

Good location, needs update
Good location in Rome, walking distance to major spots. The rooms need an update, our sofa bed was very old and not comfortable. Our A/C did not work and the room was really hot. They brought a fan, which definitely helped; but it was not what we expected. Nonetheless, Service was kind and helpful, always trying to make the best of our stay.
Very very unprofessional service and limited breakfast.
With rude staff which make us always inconvenient and always checking how much breakfast you got.
The worst point was the entrance and how they manage the first time entery which was so complicated.
Now worth for the money you pay.
Just the location is great which is 10 min walk to spagna square.
