Our stay in Crossing condotti was fantastic! I Highly recommend to stay there. It’s a small and beautiful place, the bed was fantastic and the coffee at the hotel was greatly appreciated early in the morning. Property is so well located. Rooms are great, modern and have all the upscale finishes. Only disappointment was have stayed there over 10 times and no acknowledgement or room upgrade. Crossing Condotti is a truly stunning place to stay. It’s like having your own private suite behind a very discreet green door. Elegant room with thoughtful attention to detail and beautiful antique furniture. Bed was divine. Every member of the staff was gracious and welcoming. I celebrated my birthday whilst there and was touched to receive a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a very sweet note wishing me happy birthday. Thank you Gerald.

Crossing Condotti was absolutely charming. The guesthouse feels homey while still providing the luxe hotel experience (eg bathrobes and slippers). Everything is beautifully appointed, bed comfortable, and staff (especially Gerard) were incredibly nice and helpful. I was surprised at the level of noise insulation in the rooms given how old the building is; I heard some movement from other guests one morning and one weekend night there was music playing outside which was audible, but windows and wall seemed to be modern and it wasn’t an issue. I would note that there was no elevator but Gerard was helpful getting the bags up

Our stay at the crossings confetti was surprisingly wonderful. The location was terrific. We were close to the designer stores, Spanish Steps and Piazza di Popola. There are excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were so cozy and peaceful. The a/c was perfect temperature. The shower pressure was excellent. The pillows and beds were super comfy. The decor was so pretty and Italian style. We loved it. The best feature of all is the staff . They provide wonderful personalized service, great recommendations for dining. Even the housekeeping is top notch. I loved it here and will return soon.

Such a fantastic place to stay at and would highly recommend it! Very central and all main landmarks were a walkable distance. We travelled with our five month old baby and despite the stairs, all was perfectly fine with a baby cot provided. The rooms were exceptionally clean and staff warm, friendly, and prompt to respond and offer assistance. Alessio gave us a warm welcome on arrival and Gérald especially went out of his way to organise a personalised birthday cake for my husband. Gérald’s communication was outstanding from the very start and kindly organised our transfers too. All kinds of refreshments were available in the fridge which was nice to have during hot summer days. There was no breakfast but lots of great places nearby to go to. The hotel was great but the staff have made it truly exceptional, it felt like being welcomed and hosted by family and everyone is working really hard and making sure you are happy. Thank you Gérald and the whole team!
