Perfekte Lage der Unterkunft, direkt an der Shoppingstreet, man kommt perfekt zu Fuß an alle Sehenswürdigkeit. Das Zimmer das wir hatten war ziemlich klein und das schlimmste daran war, dass man alles aus dem Gang durch hörte. Wände zu dünn ? Türe zu undicht ? Frühstück würde ich nicht empfehlen, wenig Auswahl und nichts besonderes. Lieber um die Ecke (nicht mal 1 Minute Gehweg) zum Bäcker. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Perfekt für einen Wochenendtrip.

This hotel was brilliant. The location was at the heart of the city (4 minute walk away from the Spanish Steps), the staff were incredibly attentive; we forgot our adaptor and went to the Reception to ask where we could buy one and the staff just gave us one. When we checked in they realised it was partners birthday and so gave us a free breakfast one morning. The room was a good size and clean. When we first arrived the receptionist pulled out a map and circled our vicinity, explaining how we got e everywhere. It was brilliant, me and my partner have decided when we go back to Rome this will always be our hotel of choice.

Excelente ubicación. La limpieza no es su fuerte. Las paredes necesitan ser arregladas. El pwrsonal es atento. Cuando llegamos nos asustamos porque la llave había que recojerla en otra dirección.

Quiet and very conveniently situated. Metro station at Spagna only few minutes walk and only 10 minute walk to sites such as Victor Emmanuel monument, the Forum and Colosseum

READ THE FINE PRINT (but avoid this place anyway)! The actual room is down the road, so you have to check in at one place and go to another. Don’t expect a smiling welcome at the desk...the receptionists were miserable. And the room? About 2.7m x 2.7m, dated, a hard, uncomfortable bed...two combined singles...that move apart and away from the wall if you do anything but lie still! You can hear your neighbours, and they hear you. But it won’t be the neighbors that keep you awake...you’ll be freezing under a sheet and what resembles a blanket for a dog, because the heater doesn’t work well. Nothing like wearing clothes to bed, right? The shower has chipped tiles on the base, so be careful not to slice your heels open. Like warm, fluffy towels? Well, too bad, because the heated rail doesn’t work and the towels are cheap and thin. The TV has barely any English speaking channels and isn’t a smart TV...so no logging into Netflix, etc. The lift is one bag, one person only. The view out the window is a filthy ‘courtyard’??? Oh, but the breakfast is fantastic...seriously good coffee and really tasty food. Yes, this hotel has one thing going for it.

Un naufrage hotelier

Rome est une ville touristique qui attire les investisseurs. Cet Hôtel, pardon cet appartement d'habitation, transformé en chambre cumule les inconvénients. Tout d'abord le poitn positif est l'emplacement idéal. Point c'est tout. . Les points négatifs : - Les prisons Françaises ont toutes des fenêtres, pas toutes les chambres de cette 'House'. Vous pouvez donc vous retrouvez dans une chambre minuscule SANS fenêtre avec une climatisation dont le bruit est inversement proportionnel à son efficacité. L'insonorisation est INEXISTANTE. Les bruits de vie quotidienne des appartements voisins sont nombreux et le service de nettoyage ce chargera de vous réveiller à 08h00 du matin Dans ma chambre la fenêtre ne fermait pas et le chauffe serviette ne fonctionnait pas. Passons sur l'armoire qui grincait superbement à l'ouverture. Le petit déjeuner fait honte à la cuisine Italienne. Dommage il prit dans un endroit charmant sur une terresse. Le check-out termine en beauté ce naufrage : on vous demande de payer en liquide les taxes touristiques sans reçu. La fraude fiscale n'est pas loin. Bref un naufrage pour les touristes.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Man kann alle berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Leider sehr hellhörig. Unser Zimmer hatte kein Fenster nach draußen sondern zum Gang.

Du skal ikke skue hunden på hårene

Resepsjonen og rommene er separert, men det var ikke noe problem. Man kommer inn i en typisk oppgang i Roma, men rommet var toppmoderne. Veldig hyggelig personale, god frokost.

This is actually not like a typical hotel with front desk, it is a stand-alone building where part of 1 floor is converted to few rooms. 1)The biggest issue I had was, CONSTRUCTION work going on right on top of us which would start at 7:15 am. Per law they were not supposed to start until 8 am but hotel claimed they couldn’t do anything about it. We were out until midnight or so and was frustrating to hear loud sounds at 7 am. If you are an early riser, you should be ok. 2) Room was clean and comfortable with functional A/C. 3) showers were clean but could use more towel/clothes rods next to shower instead of walking all the way across. 4) Reservation did not tell us where to go after we reach the address as there was no front desk. Phone number on reservation didn’t work. The neighboring office suggested going to hotel Del Corso which was close by and thanks to him, we managed to find a way to get in. 5) Staff were nice and sent a guy to help us with luggage. They do have a elevator to go the first floor. 6) Location was extremely convenient and walkable to most attractions like Spanish steps and Trevi fountain.

Det enda som jag kan klaga på är att det var svårt att hitta dit då man inte fattade att man skulle checka in på hotel del Corso och att det inte fanns några skyltar eller något om Class house. Annars toppen!

Läget super dock jobbigt att man skall checka in och ut på annat hotell. Testade aldrig frukosten men den va ovkså 100 m från där vi hade rum.

Great location

The room was cozy. Perfectly located. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were also able to walk to some of the popular sites like Trevi Fountain and the Spanish steps. They also helped with transportation to the airport since our flight left so early in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Hotel is in a very central location, middle of the busy shopping street Via Del Corso and just few steps away from Piazza del Popolo and Spanish Steps. Rooms are a bit small but bathroom and everything is very clean. The bed could fit me and my boyfriend easily, it is two double beds put together. We were happy with this stay and would stay again in this hotel. Very good price for the location.
