Antonio was awesome! He gave us advice on what places were good or not good to eat at, the best way to travel around tge area, and even replied to a later text asking how I could get to Assisi. Just make sure to contact him in advance to let him know when you'll be arriving so he can meet you to unlock the door. I forgot to do so, so had to call him, but only waited aboit 15 minutes before he showed up. He tried to contact me previously to notify me of this need, but I failed to do so on my end. Easily a 5 star stay!

The area around the b&b is a little questionable at night. It gets dark. However, i didn't feel totally unsafe. The room i chose had a bathroom. The shower was tiny and I'm only 5'5 and my head was a few inches away from touching the top of the shower. The room was very clean and smelled lovely. BUT it was right next to the front door and whomever came in around 6:30AM and after were extremely loud. They had no qualms about allowing doors to slam closed or heavy footsteps. They never failed to wake me up every day for 5 days. Also, every day, someone came in and turned off the AC. So when i returned it was always hot in the room. The bed was comfy enough but you could feel the springs. They should be replaced soon. It is very close to the metro but if you're going to Travestere for example, expect it to take you 50mins to an hour to get there because you have to get on the bus or walk after you get off the metro. Overall I probably wouldnt stay here again. I like my sleep and its too far from the city. Close to the vatican but not everything else.

Authentic Sweet Home was a very pleasant surprise. Located a little over thirty minutes walk from the Vatican, the apartment was extremely clean. One can feel that the hosts have the well-being of the guests at heart. In addition to the warm welcome, I received tips on where to eat and visit. I would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Rome.

Great location. Close to transportation, dining, shopping. Safe neighborhood. Antonio and Pamela were great hosts. Gave me a great rundown of where things were as far as the metro, dining, attractions. Clean room. Bathroom outside the room but private. Only downside was the shower stall was tight. Would not recommend for a heavy built person. Other than that this was a great spot in a great area. 3 stops away from the Vatican on the metro. Again wonderful hosts!!! Would stay here again for sure.

Lit jamis refait en 6 jours. Draps pas changés. Serviettes changées tousles 3 jours. Les portes de tous les occupants grincaient, beaucoup de bruits. Petit-déjeuners pas assez importants, juste 1 cappuccino et 1 croissant... dans chambre, cagé en capsule pas remplacé... pas assez de lumiere extérieure ... accueil bon pourtant.

joli appartement, tres propre. chambre confortable. bon accueil, hôte de bon conseil. station de letro à proximité. En revanche, bruit incessant du trafic routier et ce malgré le double vitrage . Pas de local pour laisser les bagages lorsqu'on doit rester la journée avant de prendre l'avion.
