When in Rome

Nice stay in Rome. Very good service and lovely breakfast served in your room. Unfortunately no view, only windows to be opened to a very small backyard. Rather close to sightseeing, perfect for our vacation.

Good place

Responsive staff, new sheets and room cleaning every day, good breakfast and convenient location. There are mini-market in the same building and a lot of cafes around. The way to Venecia plaza takes about 25-30 minute.

Die Betreuung durch Mustafa war toll. Wir haben tolle Tipps für Restaurants bekommen und Mustafa war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Ftühstück auf dem Zimmer war auch gut. Es gab jeden Morgen frische Chroissants. Die Lage des Hotels war ok. Wir sind jeden Tag in die Altstadt gelaufen. Es gab um die Ecke das beste Eis der Stadt und eine sehr gute Pizzaria.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Augustus.. The room we had was quite big, in a good condition and clean.. The bathroom was also nice.. The air-condition worked as it should and every morning we were served a good breakfast (we even decided ourselves when we wanted it to be served).. The host at the hotel is extremely nice!! There is not a single thing he won't help with if you ask him and he makes the stay even better and makes you feel like you are at home.. We will stay here next time we're in Rome!

NO ES UN HOTEL, es un hospedajeincómodo.

MAL, bastante MAL. Eso no es un Hotel. En un edificio antiguo de 6 pisos, alguien alquiló la 2da planta con 8 habitaciones y baños y da servicio de hospedaje. No existe área de recepción, Loby, mucho menos comedor o parqueo. El desayuno te lo sirven en la habitación, donde no tienes espacio para nada, así que te lo debes servir sobre la cama... extremadamente incómodo.

DESILUSIÓN

Nada más llegar al hotel me di cuenta de que la entrada no era lo que me esperaba, pero bueno no pasa nada... Luego al llegar a la habitación el baño olía como a cucarachas o algo parecido, a fossa séptica por asi decir. La habitación super pequeña, aunque tenía una ventana que daba a la calle, y cuanto al desayuno muy bien también en cantidad y variado. Al principio muy bien el recepcionista de la pensión muy atencioso y muy gracioso pero en el último día nos preguntó que si queríamos un taxi y hubo un mal entendido, pues todos los taxis de Roma que van al aeropuerto de ciampino cuestan 30€ y el nos llamó un servicio de taxi particular que nos costaba 50€ y al final de todo el RECEPCIONISTA NOS HIZO UNA ESTUPIDEZ TREMENDA..... Por no aceptar el precio del servicio de taxi que el nos quería cobrar.AHORA MI MARIDO:al final, por no errollarme...tener cuidado ,por majos que parezcan que son todos unos listos.

Hôtel très accueillant et petit déjeuner riche

La personne à l'accueil de l’hôtel a été très serviable et accueillante avec nous. Il s'est plié en quatre pour nous aider et répondre à nos besoins. Cela a participé à rendre notre voyage agréable. L’hôtel est propre, et bien tenu mais nous y somme peu restés. Il n'y a pas par contre de "salle à manger" nous prenions le petit déjeuner dans notre chambre, donc peu d'espace pour des personnes souhaitant passer du temps à l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était très riche, très bon, et consistant: boisson chaude au choix, jus de fruits, fruits frais coupés en cubes, charcuterie, fromage, pain de mie, confiture, beurre, nutella, céréales (spécial K), gateaux sec, biscottes,... Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. L’hôtel est à environ 40min à pieds du centre historique (fontaine de Trevi, place Navona), et à 5 min à pieds d'un arrêt de bus (directions: centre historique, villa borghese, vatican,...).

Good stay overall

Location was great, you can take the bus to the train station for only 1.50 euro. The bus stop is only a 2 minute walk which was great. Saved a lot of money on taxi.

Net buiten het centrum met prima ontbijt op de kam

Hotel bevindt zich op de 2e verdieping in een gebouw vlak naast eem stadswal. Naast 3 bedden, 2 nachtkastjes, 2 stoelen en een bureautje (met TV en computer!) niet zoveel ruimte, maar precies genoeg. Badkamer en douche zijn wel krap, maar ook schoon op de kitranden van de douchecabine na. Ontbijt op de kamer is meer dan de voorverpakte croissants - verse toast, gekookt eitje, salami en/of mozzarella en bakjes gesneden vers fruit. Mustafa is zeer zorgzaam, en een leuke man om mee te praten. In de buurt restaurantjes waar veel meer Italianen dan toeristen eten, met nette prijzen (de helft van restaurantjes bij bv Campo di Fiori). Aanrader is het Ierse cafe/restaurantje Bandana Republic, bijzondere recepten met een lekkere Ale voor 15-20 euro pp. Wij hebben ons deze week prima vermaakt.

Halpa hotelli omine puutteineen, mutta siisti ja mukava. Henkilökunta tosi ystävällinen. Ilmastointi toimi moitteetta ja ranskalainen parveke oli kiva yllätys.

Hotelkamer is basic maar netjes ontbijt wordt geserveerd in de kamer en is ruim voldoende. Het hotel ligt in een vrij rustige buurt op 10 minuten wandelafstand van het centrum van Rome. Zeker aan te raden voor een budgetvriendelijk verblijf in Rome.
