Dirty bathroom. Broken bathroom door, used old bottle waters in small fridge. It’s a converted office space turned into ‘hotel’ too small. Too hot. Staff would walk in while gone to raise ac to save money. Unplugged small dirty fridge where I had my insulin. DO NOT STAY HERE. The pic is of a common entrance and does not reflect this horrible room for rent.

Este lindo hotel es una gran opción! Todos fueron muy amables y atentos, las instalaciones están muy buenas. El desayuno buenísimo y una gran ubicación. No lo piensen dos veces y quédense aquí.

Accoglienza attenta. camera accettabile ma il bagno deve essere controllato per cattivo odore e la doccia igienica non ha funzionato. Hotel non ha una targhetta, quindi diventa un po' difficile da trovare. A parte questo, è stato un tranquillo soggiorno di due giorni.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, à proximité de la gare principale de Rome et des monuments, on peut quasiment tout faire à pied ! Le service est plutôt bien aussi, le réceptionniste a pris le temps de nous indiquer comment accéder aux principaux centres d’intérêts. En revanche la chambre n’était pas très agréable, les meubles étaient vieux et usés, la salle de bain très sommaire et niveau ménage et propreté ça laissait clairement à désirer (poussière, traces diverses, traces de rouille dans la douche, frigo pas nettoyé)…

Sentral plassering, men mye bråk fra gaten og er «air condition»anlegg som ikke var til hjelp. Men personen som jobbet der, var hyggelig (når han var der, men det var ikke ofte, han måtte kontaktes på telefon).

The staff, the person that stays all day in the hotel, was very attentive and very helpful. Thank you. The rooms were clean. Hotel centrally located, in a old building but has a lift which is bonus. Bus stops and train within walking distance. Good value.

Pros: Great location and friendly and helpfull staff. Cons: Poorly cleaned. The room smelled awful, like sweat, same with the bed sheets and covers, also the covers had a lot of stains. The shower was very dirty with a lot of mold on the walls. It was very hard to flush the toilet. The AC didn't work well.

The receptionist was very nice, helpful and sociable. The room is clean, spacious and the beds are comfy. The only problem is all in the bathroom: there was no hot water, the bathroom is not very clean and the bathroom door has no lock.

This is a very small hotel, about 8 rooms that is located in the 3rd floor of an old building. The staff is very friendly, you have breakfast included with freshly baked goods and machine coffee. The location is good, close to the Roma Termini. The only thing I didn't like was the elevator, very small and the door is very inconvenient.

Ótima localização.

No centro dos principais pontos de atração e próximo do terminal Termini, assim se pode fazer praticamente todos os trajetos a pé. Além disso fica próximo de uma estação de metrô, o que facilita o acesso aos demais pontos. Equipe atenciosa e colaborativa.

Alius Hotel Good Place to Stay.

After I booked our stay at the Alius I came across some negative comments about the hotel on trip advisor. I was worried, but it turned out not to be true. We stayed for 9 days and the room was clean the bathroom was clean had a nice breakfast. Julie at the front desk was very helpful The location was outstanding, close to train station, metro and bus lines. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are on a budget and want to be in the city center. I would stay here again.

Hotel Alius, Rome

Alius Hotel is pretty basic, but for the price that's exactly what we were expecting. It was clean and well placed to explore the Centro Storico and close enough to the train station to make airport transfers extremely easy. Julia on reception was very welcoming. All in all I'd recommend this hotel as a cost effective way to stay in Rome.
