Be prepared to watch all the kites, kayaks, paddleboarders, and more by day, and the great soundfront sunsets after a day of watersports, or chilling at the pool or beach. Enjoy a private hot tub on the private balcony overlooking the sound.

Waves Village Resort offers soundfront living at its best. Spacious 3BR condo offers an open kitchen with a breakfast bar. Amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower, onsite kiteboarding/watersports, air pumps, a gear locker with board racks, an onsite restaurant/bar (Good Winds), a coffee shop, and a NEW onsite ropes course. Elevator access, Private Hot Tubs, Washer/dryer. Beds Made (linens included). NO PETS. WiFi. The fireplace pictured is not a working fireplace.

Balcony grills are being phased out. If a grill breaks, it will not be replaced. Propane is not provided and responsibility of the guest.
