Home away from home in North Winton Village! Hottest neighborhood in Rochester! Walk to Radio Social and ARTISANworks. Blocks from Blossom Pub, Winfield, Grill, Silver Iguana, Wegmans, Aldi, CVS, Tryon Park, and more. Quick drive or bike ride to Park Avenue, Cobbs Hill, and East Avenue Historic District. Bus line right at end of street. Three miles from downtown. Right off of 490. Private backyard with porch, come relax and enjoy!

Entire home! Including large fenced in backyard, private porch, large driveway with attached one car garage. House consists of 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. Master bedroom features queen bed with walk in closet, 2nd bedroom features a queen bed with closet and the 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds with a walk-in closet. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had everything we needed. Furnishings were comfortable. The supermarket (Wegman's, which is fantastic BTW) is very close.The room with the bunk beds has a closet full of toys for kids if you bring them. Noel (host) was very proactive, and responsive with communications. All in all, I would definitely recommend this property!

Cute house, exactly as pictured in a charming neighborhood super close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores etc. Check in was easy, host was very responsive and the house had everything we needed for our stay.

Pleasant stay

A great place and a great price.

We had four adults. Plenty of room for all. Kitchen is fully equipped.Noel is an excellent host. He accommodated a last minute change in dates without a problem. Would definitely stay there again.

The Property was Ideal and Exactly as Promised

We were quite comfortable staying at this very pleasant home over the weekend. Three of us were in town for a Family Baby Shower and agreed it was an excellent choice. Previously, we have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, when in Rochester, visiting family. However, the cost of 2 hotel rooms for 2 weekend nights has become much more expensive than this VRBO option, which is equally as comfortable and yet, MORE CONVENIENT with a great kitchen, dining and living space to gather. Thank you to our hosts!

Great house!

We were in NY for 2 wedding ceremonies-1 in Rochester-so house location was very convenient-and one in Hilton-an easy 30 min drive. This house was in a nice neighborhood, clean and well furnished. We walked to 2 different breakfast places-Balsam Bagels and Liberty Family Restaurant-both very good. We enjoyed dinner at Winfield Grill which was also very good. If we find ourselves back in Rochester, we would definitely rent again.

Championship tournament

Great Property!

We had a great stay here. Noel was very responsive when we had a question. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for two adults, a 6 year old and a 9 year old. Our kids slept well in the bunk bed room and the closet was filled with toys that they enjoyed playing with. We really appreciated being able to park our car in the garage as it rained and snowed our entire visit. Great central location, very easy to get around Rochester and surrounding suburbs. We will stay here again next time we're in the area!

Great Place Great People

We had some medical issues with my Grandson that caused us to do a long term stay as he is in Strong Hospital. The location of this house is great . It is a very safe neighborhood. Easy access to 495. Wegmans is just down the road. The owners were very helpful and truly care.

Nice Neighborhood

Joel’s place is clean& nicely decorated, Beds were comfy , enclosed backyard and garage + additional space to park off the street were great! We were very comfortable there !

Home away from home

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We have a three year old daughter and it was so lovely to have all of the bedrooms and a place for her to nap. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again! The host Noel was kind and very easy to communicate with.
