"I would give the Terra Nova 3 stars. The main reason for this lower rating was the state of the bathroom, the toilet had a clear seal applied right over a layer of black grime, leaving it looking absolutely dirty. For a high-end hotel, I definitely expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail."

"Starlight Chalet is a very nice, well maintained classic building with beautiful landscaping. The view is wonderful, especially from upstairs and from the gazebo. The food was very good (but perhaps a bit expensive). The beds were comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean and well-maintained. "We arrived at the location after our check-in time we were unable to gain access to the property as the phone number that was listed on the gate did not work and got no answer. The caretaker on the property had no idea we were coming and could not help us. It took several hours for us to gain any information so we’re unable to get onto the property. "My family and I had an exceptional 1 night stay. The space was cozy and the environment quiet and relaxing. The owner and host was a pleasure speaking to. The only issue was the limited signage especially for a night arrival."

"I have nothing but good things to say about this place— first, my room was spotless. Second, the staff was amazing Miss Jasett, Miss Bernice, Miss Marva… and I am sure I am missing a few but they treated me like family. The staff that helped with my bags, came to turn down my bed or simply gave me extra water… loved them all! The driver that took me to the airport - Lancelot, he is so funny- we had the best ride down the mountain. And of course, the views… who doesn’t know about the views?!...
