DUNE VIEW ROBE - 200 metres to Beach!!

Same AMAZING location but NEW look inside and out! Dune View Robe has recently undergone a massive renovation (August 2025). Beautiful new North facing deck to make the most of the sun all year round, new enclosed front garden creating a lovely oasis, new windows, weatherboarding, outside lights, new floorings everywhere inside, new internal and external doors, new shower screens in both bathrooms, new VJ feature walls to give the house that coastal feel. Updated photos coming soon! Dune View Robe is a well appointed coastal family holiday home with views across the golf course to the sand dunes beyond. The house is quietly nestled in the West Beach area and is a short walk to beautiful walking trails, rugged cliffs, secluded beaches, Lake Butler Marina and the Robe's shops and restaurants.

Dune View Robe is family and pet friendly and offers all of the comforts of home including:

. Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge with stainless appliances

Wow! This house totally exceeded our expectations. Awesome location was perfect for walks along beach tracks. The backyard was great for kicking the footy with the kids while cooking the BBQ. But most impressive was how well set up it was… with 3 young children I always pack toys, boardgames and plastic plates and bowls… I shouldn’t have bothered- it was all there! We had heaps of fun playing the family friendly games, playing with blocks and train tracks, and watching DVDs from the collection. There was a set of plastic plates, bowls and cups to use so I didn’t have to worry about the kids breaking anything, and even a step for the bathroom sink so my youngest could reach.Excellent communication, easy check in process. We hadn’t even been at the place for 3 minutes and my son asked me to book our next holiday there! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and highly, highly, highly recommend this place!

This was a great property to stay at. It was clean and tidy and well looked after. I would recommend this place to anyone, especially those with big dogs. We did not have any issues at all with the house and Robe is a lovely area to stay. We would definitely recommend the Robe Town Brewery which is dog friendly.

Well equipped house in good location for walking around.

The location was very good for us and good fenced backyard for a dog. A couple of little maintenance jobs would make a positive difference but generally comfortable and quiet.

Good house, great location - Listing needs updating

We enjoyed our stay at Jon's place, the house was comfortable and clean when we arrived. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk into town.Jon was fantastic in his communication and arranged for us to check in and hour and a half early.We would like to ask however that Jon please updates the arrival information as this was different to the listing. My partner and I always check the listing very carefully to make sure our expectations align with that of the host, in saying that we found it very confusing to receive a check in pdf a few days before our arrival asking that dogs be kept outside. Jon advertised as a pet friendly house and didn't mention dogs being kept outside anywhere on the original listing and doing so last minute is unfair. In addition to this the backyard is not 100% secure with a low height fence to the rear easily scaled by a medium to large sized dog so keeping a dog outside was made even more challenging.Jon also listed a hot tub/spa bath at the house, there was definitely not a spa and only an old dirty looking regular bath.

Very comfortable, well appointed, great bed

Kitchen was well equipped as was crockery cutlery etc. & all facilities. Couches & bed very comfortable particularly for Osteo Arthritis sufferers. Owner encouraged feedback & contact for anything with quick responses. Parts a little tired in places but still usable & working.

Nice place

Good house in a good location. Only issue was the shower screen on the bath is not in the right place and so the water from the shower floods straight on to the floor. Could not find a mop and so ended up having to use towels to clean up

Lovely holiday house in the best part of Robe

This was a return visit to this terrific house in Robe. The house is very comfortable with everything you could need. It was lovely to hear the ocean from the deck outside. Highly recommended.

Time with our teenagers

Great place to stay in Robe, for a beach getaway. Great walking tracks, close to centre of town. The house is perfect, and offers everyone their own space when required. But also great for family game nights etc….The bonus, was that we could bring our puppy along with us.

A great holiday home close to all amenities and a great view

the property was very well presented very clean , all the amenities you require and above all good communication with our host. perhaps it would be a good idea to leave a mop handy to just clean the floor and an extended glass partition in the bath to limit shower water splash on the floor. a great home , good position and good host well done Jon

Great place to stay

Great house, clean and well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. Perfect location, close to beach and town centre. Us and our dogs,  Hungarian Vizsla and GSP loved it, only downside was dogs got out of back yard over groundcovered retaining wall in 5 seconds and stared to explore unfenced front yard! So yard not secure for larger energetic dogs! We hope this might be fixed as would love to come back for another visit!
