The hotel is in a dangerous neglected area. As soon as you get there you lose signal. Sketchy people all around. Barely any people staying there.

Very beautiful, a little piece of jungle! We were 17 people! Everyone was happy! Dariel was very friendly and helpful but not intrusive! The pools were clean, the rooms were clean! I am a delicate hormonal Karen, and I was happy and my family was happy! Great price! Thank you, Marvelin

The only thing I liked about this place was that it was affordable, and I liked the outside appearance. The room was okay, but the bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine. The linens were in poor condition. Housekeeping didn't empty the bathroom trash or clean the room every day. They should also fix the front gate. Overall, the property needs better cleanliness and maintenance.

Clean, safe and friendly We stayed here with our family of four, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The property caters to all types of travelers. We spent a couple of nights here as a couple and a longer stay with our family, and both experiences were wonderful. The staff are on-site 24/7, friendly, and always available to help. Our girls absolutely loved it. It was a refreshing break from the noise and crowds of the more touristy areas. We didn’t hear any noise from other guests, and despite having two energetic kids, we never received any complaints. Since you're staying in your own cabin, there are no shared walls or close neighbors, which provides plenty of privacy and peace. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation, a romantic getaway, or simply some much-nee

This was my second time staying here at lenca with my family and I love it ,staff treated us very nice and the fact that you could cook on your food because they have a kitchen is very convenient and safe is money.and the pool my son love it .

Most important thing is: don’t stay here unless you have transportation. Other than that: you will enjoy this more if you think of it as glamping. You’re in the wilderness, the shower is cold, there’s a gecko crawling across the wall above your bed. They have starlink WiFi that is very strong, I had no problem taking video calls.

Staff not Friendly.stay 7 days no one clean the room at any time . Also walls in rooms not very noise efficient you can hear all conversation of other guest at all times. Lenca world decided to have events and loud music,Loud guest from early morning till night . I found that disrespectful to travelers guest who are staying there and Paid for a peaceful away from city environment . I do not recommend Lenca world.

Lenca is great for families who like remote traditional places in the forrest. The water park, and swimming pools are great! My only concern is that you need a vehicle to move around. Lucky for us, the concierge Jose was there to taxi us around the island. He is very helpful and knowledgeable how to get around.

The property is secluded and emphasizes the beauty of nature. It was an unique experience. We didn’t like the lack of blankets, the infestation of large ants in the rooms and the lack of A/C in some of the tooms.

The places still under construction, but overall it’s nice and the staff is down-to-earth and friendly. It’s quiet at night and it’s not too far from the restaurants. Maybe a two minute ride you could walk but it’s kind of dangerous if you go after dark.

I would stay again.

Clean rooms/bathrooms. A/C and wifi worked well. Felt very safe. The main grounds are clean and every day someone was working to improve the exterior. My only complaint is not having any glass in windows (just heavy screens and curtains) it made for some noisy nights (traffic noise) and early mornings with noise from other visitors waking us.

The pool area is very run down. One was empty and the other was full of leaves. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are very helpful (although not a word of English). I recommend only staying here if you have a car, and also not if you're alone as it's pretty deserted.

I fully expect a refund . The entranced was blocked with 10 inches of mud and completely ant totally impassable. No vehicle could possibly pass through the river of mud. We could not even see the cabins let alone stay in one. We had to stay at another hotel. I was very fortunate and lucky to stay at the Arco Iris our upcoming hotel. $110.00.

I did not know what to expect. It looks like a movie set of a Zorro movie. Sfatt was friendly but only speaks Spanish. Rooms were clean. But there were no blankets on the beds only a single sheet. No hot water.

No one was there to meet us, we waited a good 15 minutes to even have reception talk to us. No one spoke English and there was no food even though it said food was available. We chose not to stay as it didn’t feel safe
