Negatives-Loud cars racing on a cross street late at night both Friday and Saturday nights.We had no instructions on how to lock the keypad. We were unfamiliar with this type of lock. Called property manager number. Left message. Finally found a youtube video that told how to lock that type of push button lock. Very simple. It should be in the instructions. We never did hear from the manager in our 4 night stay."

"This is a beautiful home located on a quiet street. The home had everything we needed, including a large pantry closet to store food and other essentials for our extended stay. The backyard was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit on those cool evenings during our stay. Tracy was so easy to work with, super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area. "
