"The hotel was right off the expressway, which was convenient for travel. However, it also added to the noise. The first night, the air conditioner was so loud that we asked to be changed to a different room for the last 3 nights of our stay. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to do so."

"The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on."

2/10 Terrible

"I spent the weekend there and because of my budget I was forced to stay there when my 3 kids. The rooms and very poorly cleaned. My room had a giant hole in the bathroom floor. One of the pillows smelled like armpits. On the last day we found a beer bottle under the sofa chair which you can obviously tell that it wasn’t moved to be cleaned. Apart from this the hotel is in desperate need of renovation. On my second day they had to put a bucket in the hall way to catch dripping water from the ceiling. Again If it wasn’t for my budget I would have left the first night. This is not a place to bring your kids in my opinion. I will give credit to the lady in the front she was very nice and professional. Also the Spanish housekeeping lady as well she was very helpful. It’s not their fault this place is like this."
