Super clean, friendly, and well-maintained hostel in the heart of Copacabana. The staff is very warm and easy-going, I became friends with everyone quickly :). I liked how they updated the activities board daily and invited me to events going on that day. I even joined the Caipirinha-making class run by one of the staff, it was so much fun! This is the cleanest hostel I have stayed at, from the bathrooms to the beds to the kitchen, which made my stay extra comfortable. I also really liked how fully equipped the kitchen was. I was able to get groceries at the market across the street and come back and cook at the hostel, which was super convenient. I would definitely come back! Thanks Cocos.

The location is great where there is a grocery store across the street & your 5 minutes walk to Copacabana Beach. You're also close to the metro station. The hostel is very clean. There are stairs to enter the hostel. It can be loud outside as you're on a busy street, but you're in a central location. The hostel has 2 bathrooms & sometimes individuals will spend time changing in there, doing their make up and you'll have to wait to brush your teeth. I don't know if you can tell people what not to do in the bathroom, but overall with guests you would think it's common courtesy if you can, use a mirror in the room vs having people wait outside to use the toilet so you can get ready. The staff has good intentions and I wish my time there, there was more activities for me to participate actively in a group setting to meet people. I'm glad at the beginning and towards end of my trip, there was more of a presence of pointing out individuals of who to go out with, have planned activities and help with tours. It is a smaller hostel, not sure if that is their required job, but I think with deliberate intentions for everyday, or as many days as you can, inclusion of everyone and planned activities will create a better experience for guests, if that's what you're looking for. The staff was very kind towards my end of my stay, checking in which was great. I was there for 4 days & the guests were not as chatty. You see them daily and no one says hi. They do tours at the hostel.

Os quartos apesar de ser compartilhado, tinhamos muita privacidade, com quarda-volumes e cortinas na cama estilo cápsula. Dois banheiros sociais limpos e sem muita espera. Acomodações sempre muito limpas, tanto nos quartos, quanto nas áreas sociais, com uma funcionária da limpeza extremamente educada. A equipe de funcionários no geral, muito receptivos e comunicativos. Cozinha social, bem organizada. Sem reclamações, foi uma ótima experiência, o local é bem equipado para uma boa comodidade.
