"I would definitely stay here again- the staff were great, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was varied and delicious (i had porridge with honey the first day and french toast the second day- there was also cooked food available and a range of continental items). "Our room ( number 3) was on the small side and our bathroom was tiny with an old fashioned fixed shower. The wash hand basin so small that it was impossible to fill our room kettle directly from the cold tap. I had to fill the kettle from a water glass. The bathroom fan was extremely noisy. There were no curtains on our window just a blind. My cooked breakfast was excellent and service was friendly if somewhat haphazard. Hotel grounds were impressive."

Olivia is a wonderful host - she sent detailed instructions for the check in process, left a lovely welcome hamper for our arrival, was flexible with our needs on check out day and kindly mailed an item we left behind to us after our stay! The cottage is superb - great location, charming, cosy, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you Olivia!"
