This NEW construction cabin is perfect for your visit to the New River Valley. Situated just inside Floyd County, the Alum Ridge Retreat is centrally located between Floyd and Christiansburg, VA. Only 30 minutes to Virginia Tech, it's the perfect place to stay when you're in town for the game!

Alum Ridge Retreat offers 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths for your comfort. The kitchen has everything you might need, and our coffee bar is always stocked. Kids, big and small, can enjoy the arcade game and other activities, while the parents enjoy some relaxation time on the covered and open deck. Coming for work? We have fiber internet with ethernet connections as well as WiFi and a wireless printer in case you need it.

The master bedroom, with queen size bed, is on the main level, with it's own walk in shower/bath. Head upstairs and you'll find a second bedroom with a queen size bed. The kids will love sleeping in the custom bunk beds or even the queen size futon, while they enjoy reading, games and other activities. There's a full size bath with tub upstairs to share.

All linens and towels have been provided for your convenience. The spacious living room, with comfortable seating, offers a smart TV (Netflix), and a cozy electric fireplace for those chilly evenings. The property sits on nearly 2 acres of beautiful rolling hills, on a quiet street. Just perfect for a morning walk or an evening sunset.
Just a few reminders:
1 - Pets allowed with permission, MAX 2 dogs, sorry NO cats.
2 - Absolutely NO Smoking of any kind
3 - Please do not move furniture
4 - Keep it clean. When you leave it should look the same as you entered, with the exception of bed linens and towels
5 - Remember it's our home, so treat it with respect
