The Neighborhood:

Located in the Puntas neighborhood with a healthy mix of locals, Americans and ex-pats. It is safe and friendly.

We are located in a residential neighborhood, but there is the potential for noise from the street, neighborhood pets and the local roosters!

Rincon is considered a very safe neighborhood.



Getting Around:

Rental cars are strongly suggested.

We do not have Uber or Lift.

Taxi service is available but needs to be arranged in advance.



Other Things to Note:

☀ This property has solar backup that powers fans, lights and outlets only & 2,400 gallons of backup water reserve.



☀ In the event all solar and water backup is consumed /or internet outage the Owner is strict on not providing refunds for events which are out of our control.



☀ Couch sleeping and smoking is not allowed.



☀ There is a grill and outdoor eating area located by the pool that is shared with all the units. This shared area is for registered guests only.



☀ We reserve the right to limit bookings based on the number of nights during Holiday weeks/weekends (3-7 days). Exceptions to the rule apply.



☀ We are Pet Friendly! We require a $75 pet deposit per pet (Max. 2 pets allowed)
