Tralasciando la pulizia della camera. Se su Expedia c’è scritto che la colazione è inclusa gratuitamente perché devo ritrovarmi a questionare con la titolare sul fatto che non lo sia? E mostrandole proprio la prenotazione dove c’è scritto “Colazione a buffet gratuita” mi sento rispondere che non è così e che avrei dovuto pagare un supplemento?

Personalmente gentile e disponibile ma avevo prenotato presso questa struttura perché tra i servizi c’era aria condizionata e colazione. In tela una volta giunto alla struttura mi sono stati chiesti 5€ extra per l’aria condizionata e 8€ per la colazione. Inoltre stanza doppia veramente piccola, dovevamo fare a turno per passare.
