ロケーションかよく、コスパが大変良かったですが、施設とのコミュニケーションが取りにくく、フロント稼働時間内でも連絡は遅れがちで、ひどい時は5時間後ぐらいになってました。入り方は14時までに送ると連絡が来ていましてが、時間になっても来ないので聞いたところ入室は15時からだといわれ、15時すぎても連絡が来ないので再度連絡すると、16時前にようやく連絡がきました。時間に準備ができなかったのに謝りもしませんでした。 テレビやキッチンの使い方がわからず聞いてもわからないとしか言われず、キッチンはなんとか使えるようになりましたが、テレビは使えないままでした。 私は身長155cmですが、ベッドは小さいので大きい人だと大変だと思います。ベッドの寝心地は良くなかったです。

Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The space was completely misrepresented in the listing. What was presented in the listing was far from what we actually received. The room we were placed in was absolutely tiny, very dark, and located in the basement—something that was never disclosed beforehand. This caused significant discomfort and inconvenience. We then raised the issue and requested to be moved to the room we originally paid for, the staff charged us at the end extra. This was absolutely disgraceful and felt like an unfair exploitation of the situation. Overall, this property failed to meet even basic expectations, and their lack of transparency and poor customer service made our stay a regrettable experience. We would not recommend this place to anyone.
