Un Albergo veramente meraviglioso, dal design moderno, con un ottimo servizio in tutti i reparti. Okay men ikke mere end 3 stjerner

Fint rent hotel, meget skandinavisk i udtrykket, men hotellet var meget koldt og man kunne ikke stille på temperaturen på værelset og vandet i badet kunne man heller ikke stille på hvilket gjorde det var ulideligt varmt. Morgenmaden var ok men det samme hver dag, synd man ikke bruger lokal bager til levering af brød da der er mange gode bagerbutikker i byen.

Very good stay only stayed one night the staff in reception are super helpful the guy when i came early let me leave&store my luggage safely plus gave me excellent direction on how to use the tram&bus,told me where to get on&off.++++AAA👍👍👍The guy on duty when i checked out early in the morning helped me talk to Bolt driver who picked me up for the airport👏👏👏👏

Scadente soggiorno

Veramente un soggiorno tremendo, da subito alla Reception non siamo stati accolti al top, abbiamo trovato un operatore di nome Alexander che è stato molto superficiale, a tal punto che al primo mattino trovata multa sul vetro auto di 55€. Camera Scadente, abbiamo questo subito Appena messo piede di voleva cambiare anche con 2 camere da 2 persone, ma Alexander ha detto Soldout invece noi online ne avevamo trovate diverse.

Für mich ist die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Einrichtungen das Wichtigste bei einem Hotel. Das Zimmer wurde während des einwöchigen Aufenthalts 2 Mal gereinigt. Nach dem 1. Mal war noch Staub auf den Ablageflächen und das im Kopfbereich verschmutzte Bettlaken war nicht ausgetauscht. Nach der 2. "Reinigung" waren die Ablageflächen sauber, der Boden nicht gereinigt und das Bettlaken noch immer nicht ausgetauscht. Der Fön im Bad war klebrig. Bei einem Service-Mitarbeiter im Frühstückraum fehlte das nötige Engagement. Der wedelte die Essensreste mit einem Tuch auf den Boden, eine Tischreinigung erfolgte nicht. Die Reinigung nahmen dann vereinzelt Hotelgäste vor. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren alle ausnahmslos stets zuvorkommend. Die Sauberkeit zog die Gesamtbeurteilung ins Mittelmaß runter.

På tur i Riga

Vi ankom til midnat og her var de to medarbejder klar med en super service. De hjalp os med mad, med at få bestilt osv.. Vi havde bestilt med en balkon udsigt, det er ok.. men ingen møbler, nok pga sikkerheden. Morgenmaden: kunne man anbefale at det var kolde drikkevare ( juice-vand ) var varmt Ellers var det ok.. udvalget er hvad man kan forvente men det minder ikke om et 4 🌟🌟🌟🌟hotellet ligger nemt at komme frem og tilbage, fra centrum, når man tager bus nr 22, som holder tæt på hotellet. 5 stop så er du fremme.

Lækkert nyere hotel. Vi bestilte med balkon men den er ikke særlig anvendelig grundet trafikstøj og manglende møbler derude. Kan bruges til at tørre tøj på, men den er ikke pengene værd.

Top Hotel ! Hute Prakmöglichkeiten, sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer ergäümig mit schönem Ausblick auf RIFA Altstadt! Frühstück alles was Herz und MAgen sich wünscht am Morgen! In 25 Minuten zu Fuss in der Altstadt! Kompliment an ALEX und Aleksia von der Rezeption! Sicher wieder mal!
