"The airport shuttle was dissapointing. I asked upon checkin if there was a need to sign up for the shuttle. The front desk said no. Next morning at 9 there were over 20 guests trying to take the shuttle. There is only one small shuttle for such a large hotel. I had to pay for an Uber to not miss my flight. The hotel should implement a sign up sheet for the shuttle."

Every request is greeted with a lack of enthusiasm, a surly uninterested attitude and an apparent desire to say no. Compare this to the team in the adjacent restaurant, the Bull Run, who are friendly and keen to provide service it makes you think the hotel should spend a bit more and recruit better staff."
