"I can highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I ever had. The room and bathroom was very clean. Wouldn't stay anywhere else."

"The property management folks were on the grounds everyday and although its largely a self service property, they were very accommodating to our needs and requests. The hotel also sits right next to major freeways a rail-lines which is awesome! Great experience"

The room had visible mold on the ceiling, and we also discovered bugs inside the room, which raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Additionally, the property does not have an elevator, meaning guests staying on the upper floors must carry their luggage up several flights of stairs. No assistance was offered, and when I specifically requested help with our luggage, I was informed that no staff were available to...

"I missed a connecting flight in Frankfurt and went on line in a pinch to get a hotel for the night which happened to be the West, what a great decision I made! The staff was friendly and accommodating when I arrived. The hotel is a beautifully renovated building, joining old with new, I wish I could have stayed for a week but caught a flight the next morning! I will for sure return to the West when in Frankfurt. If you like personal service as if you were staying with your favorite Aunt, try the...
