It was on the way to our destination. The lobby was hard to locate, not well marked. There were people hanging out on the railings late into the night making noise. We went to the office to request an ice bucket but it couldn’t be found. There was a limit of towels and face clothes in room. We requested a non smoking room and it smelled of smoke and there were ashes on the night stand.

The staff was there if I needed anything. Check in and check out was fast. The air in my room was nice and cold. The linens looked and smelled clean.

Expedia doesn't give the customer the ability to cancel a reservation even though I paid for the booking insurance. What's the point of the booking insurance if a customer is unable to cancel a reservation? This motel was unsatisfactory in every regard. Construction blocked entrances and exits (no fault of the motel), and the parking lot was all busted up. The motel has no Internet available, and the rooms were filthy even after cleaning. The doors to the room were poorly fixed to the door frame, and the room smelled of smoke and fecal matter. The photos of the place on Expedia are outdated. This was bait and switch.

Evrlerything was dirty: sheets, blankets, pillows, walls floors, even the toilet was recently used and left unflushed. The a/c barely worked and the beds were about as comfortable as sleeping on the floor. We will absolutely never stay in one of these hotels again.

I’ve lived in third world countries and combat zones for over 5 years. This hotel was more dangerous and nasty. I didn’t get any sleep. Second night I didn’t even stay, drove straight home after my Saturday event. Thugs were knocking on my door at 4am to try get me to open it. They would set off car alarms to make you come outside to check your vehicle. Entire place smelled like marijuana. Drug deals were happening in the parking lot and sidewalks the entire afternoon and night. This hotel needs to be burnt to the ground. Worst experience ever, and I’ve slept on dirt floors in Kosovo for months.

DO NOT!!

The room was not clean. The sink and counter top had ashes on it. The towels had dirt on them. The fitted sheet was dirty and was not fully on the mattress when I turned the covers back. We ask for more sheets, they were dingy too. This room was not clean at all! After 11 pm we got a loud knock on our door. It was a black man who mumbled, EZ Pizza. We didn’t open the door. He eventually left. This probably was a robbery attempt. NEVER AGAIN!!

Do not stay here

This place is a dump. Was trying to find a cheap place to stay and this was a mistake. Obvious drug deals and other criminal activity taking place. Did not feel safe coming or going or even in my room.

It's clean-ish. Very old looking, cluttered rooms and kind of dusty. Overdue for an update. You get what you pay for and it's still one of the better cheap motels.

BED BUGS!

The first room had a smell and fire alarm battery beeping. No maintenance man available, so they moved me next door. The bed closest to the door had bed bugs big time, finally moved to the other bed and it didn't, but I heard the beeping alarm next door ALL NIGHT LONG! No one could climb up and take the batteries out. AWFUL experience

Bad hotel, good area

My kids couldn't swim, because the don't maintain the pool. It's filled with green nasty water. Free breakfast is even a joke, the front desk lady said said to another customer that had checked in before me that there may be breakfast in the morning but most likely not and it wasn't. Management and owners should be ashamed of there self for running a business like that. Because it's in a great location.
