A lovely hotel, with fantastic views of either the Tower Bridge or the docks. However, staff at the contact centre and hotel were unhelpful and at times rude.

First day - lock pin didn’t work and no cold water for some time Second day - no water so toilet flush didn’t work until early evening almost 12-15 hours with no water. Richmond upon Thames is a beautiful area. Overlooking the Thames, surrounded by beautiful parks and gardens and a short trip by car, bus, tube or train to central London. Nice variety of pubs, restaurants, shops, hotels within walking distance.
