5/5 - Excellent
A nice town center with a great waterfront (pubs and restaurants), historical properties nearby and the Thames Path. A bit out from the center but well worth a visit for a semi-rural setting close to London. The is one stop from Kew.

Convenient for shops and many theatres, Covent Garden.

A lovely hotel, with fantastic views of either the Tower Bridge or the docks. However, staff at the contact centre and hotel were unhelpful and at times rude.
