Comfort Suites At Virginia Center Commons

"The lobby was simple yet inviting. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom sink was slow to drain and seemed to retain noticeable debris every time the sink eventually drained. The hot tub was enjoyable but fewer towels were readily available than expected. The buffet breakfast was enjoyable. Small debris and spills were noticable in public walkways. One of the two elevators was not functioning during my entire stay. Fortunately my room was on the ground floor, but the nearest ice machine was on the 3rd floor. Handicapped parking spaces were readily available each time I entered the parking lot and the location was convenient."

"We travelled a couple hours to medical appointments in the area of the Drury Plaza. All of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. Service with a smile! We had a separate bedroom and living room with shared bathroom. All rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We particularly appreciated that there was no air conditioner, elevator, or highway noise! We needed the sleeper sofa and a staff member came to help make it up. The evening social event was generous and tasty and held in a nicely decorated space. Breakfast was super with a myriad of tasty food and good coffee! When we asked for a brief extension of check out time, front desk was very accommodating. Very good value. We would definitely stay at Drury Plaza again!"

"Best thing about the Jefferson is its staff, they have helpfulness and accommodation down to a fine art. Most appreciated amenity is the car service which makes getting to where you're going during your stay as easy as possible. The hotel restaurant was not inspiring, rather limited menu. All in all, though, a great stay in a great city."

"Location was nice and the room was very nicely decorated. Several restaurant options with in walking distance. Only issue we had was the street noise of loud vehicles."
