I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my mother and children, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. We felt very safe during our stay. The lobby, hallways, and our room were all very clean. The parking lot and surrounding area were also well-kept, except for a few dog owners who didn’t clean up after their pets.
The front desk clerk—a Black woman with locs—was kind, helpful, and efficient during check-in. While the walls are thin, the stay was still fairly quiet, and we all slept well. The mattresses were comfortable enough for a good night's rest.
There are vending machines in the lobby stocked with drinks, snacks, and even essentials like toothpaste, which is a nice touch. The hotel also has a fitness room and a laundry room.
One thing to note is that housekeeping doesn’t come by daily to remove trash. If you need clean towels, you have to bring your used ones to the front desk to exchange them. This wasn’t a big deal for me, but it's good to know in advance.
