On the same level, there is a room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm), a spacious open kitchen with modern amenities such as an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also has a dining table and an exit to the terrace. Additionally, this level has a shower room and a separate toilet. Electric heating is available throughout the lower level.
