Posizione eccellente e ottimo servizio

Bellissimo hotel recentemente strutturato. Personale cortese e disponibile, rapido e gentile nel problem solving. Posizione eccellente: esci dall hotel e sei in spiaggia e Inoltre sei a 200 metri da viale ceccarini. Disponibilissimi coi bimbi e per le esigenze dei bimbi. Possibilità di parcheggio coperto IN hotel. Premettendo che abbiamo soggiornato io, mia moglie e mio figlio di 8 mesi, il 28 29 30 aprile, le uniche pecche sono stanza un troppo piccola per contenere il lettino del bimbo e non aver preso accordi con un bagno per lettini e ombrelloni sapendo di un ponte potenzialmente lungo 1 settimana (e difatti le spiagge erano tutte piene)

Hotel in ottima posizione

Hotel curato. Abbiamo prenotato una camera Classic non vista mare. La camera non è molto grande mentre il bagno è davvero piccolo. Colazione nella media degli hotel a 4 stelle. Unica nota negativa è che avevamo chiesto all'arrivo di effettuare un up-grade alla camera vista mare ma ci è stato risposto che non era disponibile....mentre lo era sul sito dell'hotel.....

Piccole cose che andrebbero migliorate: In bagno un accappatoio ed un paio di ciabattine darebbero quel tocco in più. Lo specchio.ingrandente di ingrandente ha ben poco. La finestra con un sistema di apertura e chiusura più semplice Ma come detto prima, piccole cose, ma sono quelle cose che ti fanno tornare

Tutto veramente positivo: posizione pulizia confort cortesia del personale Unico problema la colazione. Per un 4 stelle lascia un pò a desiderare. Ci può stare, lo consiglio a famiglie con bambini

Changed rooms because ...

We had booked 4 nights. When we entered our room (two persons) we noticed a very small and dark room. The bathroom was really too small! When sitting on the toilet you also had your chin on the sink! For getting out of the shower you almost had to do an acrobatic move to pass the toilet and get out of the bathroom. We made a complaint and the second day we got offered an other room (room next door :-)). Was better but still quite plain for the costs of 4 nightsl (okay, it was high season). Rooms could have a better clean (dust on the closets). Bicycles are free for rent which is a plus. Swimming pool is small and has only got a few seats next to it.
