This 3 bedroom detached villa offers a bright open living space, boasting modern interiors and furnishings. Enjoy spectacular sea views from the bedroom balconies or take a leisurely stroll down to the beach. The sea views can also be enjoyed from the stylish outdoor space with its comfortable sunbeds and pergola. Even better, local restaurants, a mini market and supermarket are just a 5 minute walk away. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms and lounge are included.

This sleek and stylish villa has a very special location, that ensures guests will enjoy a truly memorable holiday. Take the short walk down to Ialyssos and Ixia Beach and watch the local fishermen before sampling their catch from one of the local tavernas. Also within easy walking distance are the local restaurants and cafes of Ialyssos and Ixia as well as a large supermarket. What’s more, a quick 10 minute taxi ride will take you to Rhodes Town, the vibrant medieval city with its mix of shops, cafes, restaurants and religious sites.
