"The atmosphere."

"Clean room at reasonable price. Good breakfast. Good parking. Overall, this is an ok place to stay however you can tell the area is starting to rundown. The front doors on the lobby were broken and were standing open in the middle of a 90 deg day. The card reader for the side door did not work so you had to go through the lobby. Last but not least was the weeds growing around in the landscaping that gives the place an unkept feel."

"Ice machine broke on 8th floor, South Tower, and cigarette butts throughout Garage First floor area. Why smoking in casino? Otherwise, 4 out 5 star venue."

"Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke "

"We were very disappointed in this hotel and checked out after 2 nights. No individual soap/shower/lotions. Stained carpet and tile; dirty ceiling. We prepaid for 4 nights and were not refunded the charges for the 2 nights we did not use. Homeless people in the parking lot after dark. So disappointing in an otherwise wonderful trip."

"It was a large room. I liked the furnishings no drawers just cubbies. Breakfast was okay oatmeal was available. Oat milk was available and a yoghurt bar. The eggs were powdered ick. I don’t eat meat. We were disappointed that the pool was not available I was looking forward to it It was a good location as family was only 5 minutes away. Airport close by. We stayed 6 nights,"
