Kindly note that due to the design of the complex some of the areas may be overlooked. All homes feature their own reserved sun-beds at the beach located in-front of the complex.

Designed across one single-level layout, this 145m² residence offers convenience and comfort in equal measure. With an open-plan design and abundant natural light, the interiors blend modern comfort with coastal aesthetics. Accommodating up to six guests in real beds, Espera Residence offers thoughtful details and warm hospitality. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, friends, or couples travelling together.
