"The hotel, amenities and breakfast are very good. What we did not like was that it is located right be the Dutra freeway. The window handle of our room was broken. We informed the front desk and they said they would check it out. Early in the morning we were woken up by the noise of trucks outside our room. "It is really pet friendly so ideal to travel with them, I have 2 kids and the staff for kids club amazing! It was different, plenty of things to do, good food. The only thing is that the hot water in the indoor pool was not working and if rains there are just few things you can do"
