This was my 2nd time staying here and I was even more impressed than the first time. The room was great, I love the personal touch with the tv showing "welcome and my name". I had a soar throat and took advantage all day night of the free hot beverages station with honey. The churro waffles were fantastic. Thank you so much to Mel who works nughts she was so sweet, amazing and helpful. I had many interactions with her and she fantastic every time. Suzette I met this morning and she was also great too. I will continue to stay here any time I come to Reno. Thank you all even the housekeepers and maintenance people and everyone else behind the scenes too. I hope you have a happy holidays.

Perfect spot for the fireworks on July 4 overlooking the Nuggets hotel and others. Behind the hotel is the lake and it was an excellent walk around. Infront was a casino and the premium outlet store. Best of it, it was free EV charging on its parking lot. Nice size indoor swimming pool for the kids.
