- Within walking distance of the magnificent Zeeland beaches lies this recently renovated, detached holiday home. The vibrant center of Renesse, with its terraces, shops, and restaurants, is easily accessible by bicycle. The house is situated in a quiet location within the small and very popular Beachpark Renesse. The large, sunny garden offers plenty of privacy (fenced from April 1, 2027). On the covered terrace, you can enjoy the Zeeland countryside, even if the weather is less than ideal.
The bright, tastefully furnished living room features a very comfortable seating area with a SMART TV offering many German channels. The seating area comfortably accommodates six people. French doors lead from the living room to the garden, where you'll find a cozy garden furniture set.
The new, open-plan kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a four-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a combination microwave/oven, and a large fridge/freezer.
The house has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with two single box-spring beds, and one bedroom has a bunk bed suitable for two children or one adult. Ample wardrobe space is provided in all bedrooms.
The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, and a second toilet. The second bathroom has a shower and a sink.
There is a separate toilet in the hallway.
The entire holiday home is heated with electric radiators. Free Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available. Parking is available on the property. A garden shed provides secure storage for bicycles. The extensive dunes in the immediate vicinity are perfect for wonderful bike rides.
"Beachpark 45" is the ideal holiday home for families with children and for anyone who loves peace and nature.
