"I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. "It's not the first time I've stayed at Frimley Hall, and it certainly won't be the last. As always, I received a lovely warm welcome when checking in. Bozena was fantastic at breakfast, providing friendly and attentive service, and the barman was very accommodating by providing a fan during the current heatwave, which was greatly appreciated. Another great stay from start to finish. Thank you to the whole team—I look forward to returning again soon!"

"Hotel was very busy when I stayed as a couple events on at the time. Some rowdy people. But staff handled it well. Compact room was clean, a bit drafty from the Velux window but managed as the weather wasn't too bad. Plenty parking, didn't struggle considering gym/swimming onsite for local residence. Interactions I had with staff was pleasant. Great location and town centre not a far drive away. Park not far a walk away either. Reasonably priced, but doubt I'd stay there again."

"The staff in the restaurant and pool weren’t very proactive. The service was good but very slow and it felt like there was only 1 staff member at breakfast and dinner who knew what to do whilst they others were very nervous and timid and unable to act proactively. The room was lovely and everything I hope for buy taps and toilet flush had seen better days - this was in the main house."
