"The staff at this hotel was phenomenal. However, the hotel has a stench. The first one we were in smelled damp. I looked under the window seal and it was mold. No type of discount for inconvenience. 2nd room bathroom door didn’t close and we seen a giant cockroach. Shower was dingy and mildew on curtains. Breakfast was good. Pool was great for the kids."

"Rude staff, advertised amenities not available, RUDE staff, dirty, RUDE STAFF.... there was also an entire family including a little girl probably around 8 years old.... the man and I'm assuming hos wife were incredibly rude. I would up canceling and staying elsewhere, but I have NEVER experienced such horrible service. The rudeness began the minute I walked in. It increased when I asked about the pool as that was the only reason I booked this hotel. Apparently they took it over a month ago and...

"No breakfast due to no permit. Something weird happened with my check-in…someone else was checked into our room when we got there. After a half an hour and last midnight, it was not resolved, so they let us use another room. Room was dumpy, hard mattress and sheets smelled. I would chose the other hotels in area instead of this one next time."
