"La façade de l’hôtel s'est effondrée deux jours avant ma venue programmée. L’hôtel a néanmoins attendu 20h le soir de ma venue pour me prévenir, ce qui m’a forcée à prendre une chambre de dernière minute dans un autre hôtel. C’est inadmissible. Je comprends que l’effondrement ne dépend pas d’eux ..."
