The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a french-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher.
The home's first level hosts a primary bedroom with a rear patio and ensuite. Three more bedrooms are on the third level: a primary bedroom with a private balcony and ensuite, a full hall bathroom, and two additional single bunk beds.
LOCATION: Rehoboth Crossing is a short 1-mile bike ride or walk to downtown Rehoboth Beach. Alternatively, you can take the public bus, which is accessible at the entrance of our development. You are within walking distance of the tax-free Tanger Outlet stores along Highway One and a short ride to miniature golf, water parks, movie theaters, and various state park beaches. The community features an in-ground swimming pool, clubhouse, and cardio fitness facility. The development also backs up to the Junction and Breakwater Trail – a wooded bike and walking trail connecting Rehoboth Beach to Lewes, DE.
PARKING: There is a private driveway for two cars and overflow behind Outback Restaurant. There is no street parking in the community.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. We offer streaming services only. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a rental program for guests. We do not allow pets or smoking.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
