LOCATION: Great location! It is east of Rt.1 and centrally located just outside of Rehoboth Beach. An easy walk or short bike ride to the beach and boardwalk and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.
PARKING: Private driveway for four sedan cars. The driveway is narrow, and four large vehicles will not fit. A parking pass is provided for in-town parking (at non-metered locations).
AMENITIES: Private heated pool, off-street parking, ceiling fans, washer, dryer, fire pits, gas grill, ping poing table, and lovely front porch. Electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
