No hot water in the bathroom ( I didn't have shower for all the period I stayed there, ( I reported the problem to the cleaner who tried to fix it by herself but she couldn't ).. The toilet seat was cracked so every time I used the toilet, the toilet seat pinched my bottom and that was very painful.. No reception desk so...

Upon arrival, I discovered it was actually an inn/guesthouse with shared/common areas, which was not clearly disclosed during booking. The room was also in unacceptable condition.
