I understand I didn’t purchase a flexible room; however, I wasn’t asking for a credit. It left very poor taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t use them again for this reason. "

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. Overall, it was a good/excellent stay. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance. An amazing Italian restaurant and a wonderful pastry place that we eat at. I am sure there are others also but we didn’t have an opportunity to try them out. "
